The slopes and ski resorts in the Jizera Mountains are very suitable for children and beginners. In the ski resorts of Bedřichov and Severák – Arnika there are ide-al conditions for downhill skiing. The ski resorts of Špičák and Ještěd are suita-ble for advanced skiers. All resorts are fully equipped with technical snow sys-tems and guarantee snow cover throughout the ski season. All slopes are dressed every day.
Severák is best for children and beginners. There is a children’s park with a snow carou-sel, reserved sledge track and a lot of lifts of different speeds, which are suitable for the youngest children. There are many instructors available for the youngest children. Right next to the slopes there are two unpaid car parks. Snow quality is ensured by a few snow cannons and showers.
